Note: Since they host my site, I thought I should briefly share my experience with them. They've been hosting my site for over 2 and 1/2 years and in all this time I didn't experience any problems. I do not use a program to check the uptime, so I can't provide information about that. I can say though that I never found my site down nor get any e-mails from visitors saying that it was down. About their support, I only sent a couple of e-mails with some questions and their response was always very quick and had the answer to what I asked. Hope this helps.
